Hi guys! Thought I'd pop in to say HI! Wow, 129 days cold turkey. I haven't even cheated a tiny little bit at all. N.O.P.E. stuck this time. Unbelievable. I don't even think about smoking at all any more. I haven't rewarded myself in ages either. It's pretty cool. NicDemon lost another battle. I've had plenty of excuses to start up again, but I don't need to. Life happens. Smoking doesn't fix anything. I've definitely gotten more outspoken, though! That's a good thing instead of stuffing emotions into a cancer stick. Hee, hee. How're my quitter sisters? TSW, Vicki? You there? Take care!
