I think I can , I think I can, I know I can, I know I can, I DID, I DID, I make it to 60 days. This is so large to me because it's the first time in 34 years of smoking and quiting that I have the quit, in the quit.
I quit cold turkey and it wasn't easy by any means, days of wanting to just scream and kick...oh wait I did do those things. Thank God at my 45 days I decided I wanted this quit more then anything in my life, and everything in my quit changed.
I don't smoke, I choose to never smoke again, I choose to live a life of healthy smoke free living. :) :8|: :)
