hey people Interesting little corner ye'all have here, I am Gareth a Scotsman living in Amsterdam and today marks my third week as a non smoker. Most people in this city smoke like chimneys so finding people to pat me on the back for my efforts has been tough, i have taken the allen Carr cold turkey route and so far so good. Would like to find somone to chat with as im going through a list full of withdrawl symptoms that i need to know are normal-i guess more will follow from me but for no - HELLO QUITTERS!! [b]G[/b]
