Colleen, I am touched. I feel you. Yes, this is quite a nasty addiction. Last night, when I saw my son, he told me that I smelled good again and gave me a hug. I didn't tell him it was b/c I stopped smoking again, the less he knows the better. It did touch me, though.
Rusty, it says in the program that most smokers quit up to seven times b/4 catching on, but with the proper tools, you can quit on the first time. I think this will be either my second or third serious attempt.
I hate the mornings, that's when I truly crave. I don't feel quite awake in the mornings- not that this is anything new. I know the feeling will go away, eventually.
