Well I havent been by in a while because of school and to tell you the truth im fairly confident about my quit at this stage. My biggest trigger in past years has been exam time which has broken 3 quits for me in the past. Well I made it through my fourth final exam time with out so much as a puff, no cigs, no colts, no cigars, no chew! I just wanted to stop by and read how everyones doing and let you all know I'm still keeping up the smoke free life! Good luck to anyone out there whos just started your quit! Cbolts, That is fantastic! You have overcome such milestone and have learned from it. 161 Days is amazing and you should be rewarding yourself. Kudos, Josie ______________________ The SSC Support Team.
