Hooray.
That dip around the 25 to 30 day mark was a wild ride for me. Glad you made it through. I too look forward to spring. Renewal and lots of fresh air!
Congratulations on getting through. Life rally is good!

Four fridays ago I quit smoking, and I haven't had one puff, not one!
That's 28 days of battling hard every day, going straight through it, not over or under or around. I didn't really think I'd get here sometimes, I just knew I wasn't going to smoke that moment, or the next. For the first time, I feel like maybe I really can quit smoking forever. This is my second day without the patch. I couldn't have done it without the patch, but I'm really glad to be rid of it. My skin is tingling to be nicotine-free.
I was feeling so bummed out all this week. I'd lost my motivation and was just grinding through. But spring is here and I feel so much better.
I made it!
Life is good!
Adrienne
It is a battle, but that makes it all the more sweet when you get there! Well done, be very proud of your achievement.

Hi quitter, Congrats to you. You have done exactly what I did the first few weeks. Focused on 1 miniute, 1 hour, 1 day at a time. Forever just seemed too overwhelming. Congrats also on being nekkid. It's a great feeling isn't it? No more red, itchy circles for us!!! Keep Strong, redrosie
