Remember, you have got to get the first week out of the way before you can get the second, the third, etc. At the moment it may not seem possible...but I can assure you, after a while...time flies. Take real pride in what you are doing and shout it at the top of your new lungs. I actually think now still in terms of the next 24 hours...even with the time I have been blessed with.
