I was determined to do it....but I just wasn't sure I would make it. Now I know. I did make it and it's GREAT! There are whole days that go by without me thinking of smoking at all! When I pass by a smoker, I am thrilled that that's not me anymore! After 23 years of smoking - I AM A NON-SMOKER! I'M FREE! The advice and support I got here was invaluable! Thank You!
