Today is 99 days smoke free and 24 days without the patch.
Most of the time I feel great, but there are those terrible moments when I want a cigarette more than anything. Since there are not cigarettes available I have managed to get past the urges, but I wish they would go away.
I know that I have to be strong, and talk myself past the urges. Everyone keeps saying that they are so proud of me for not giving in. I know that my cats are happier that they do not have to breath air filled with second hand smoke.
In 10 days I will be treating myself to a trip to San Francisco. The no smoking is really going to make travelling a lot easier. No rushing through the airport or attraction to get to a smoking area.
I am going to do something special for me while I am there as as non smoking reward.
Will let you know what I do when I get back.
