Hey GPW and to every and all...Have had a few hard moments, like earlier tonight when I about bit hubbys head off. All he did was look over at me and smiled. Yup, you would have thought a big bug had just crawled up my hind end. I think it suprised him more than anything else. I'm not the type to just go off like that...I was just so angry, and it came out of nowhere. After spitting his head out and getting mine back on straight all I kept thinking was this is only day 3, why the heck am I doing this to myself...Then I think, you know why your doing this, and there are many reasons and more reward. Long story short, doing ok ( at this very moment ), still have a long road ahead, but I know with suport from my family and friend ( that includes all of you ) I know we can all make this trip. ;) Good night, say your prayers and bless you. *You can complain because roses have thorns, or you can rejoice because thorns have roses - Ziggy* My Milage: My Quit Date: 1/15/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 3 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 54 Amount Saved: $13.5 Life Gained: Days: 0 Hrs: 5 Mins: 50 Seconds: 4

Hello to every and all! This day has been a long time coming and now that it's here, it's a little scary. As of yesterday, I am finally a college grad.(YEAH!) And today is the day I have had on my calendar for several months to quite smoking. When the day started I was all pumped up and ready to get on with it....and now the day is coming to an end(my prime smoking time)and now not so pumped. :8o: I knew this was coming, thought I would be fine...you know willpower and all that ;p. I think if I can just get the kids to bed and myself shortly after I may make it. Just think, this is just the first day :p. Well, I need to get my kids tucked and me as well. Good night, say your prayers and bless you all for being here.

Hi Hope, Congratulations on take the important first step, deciding to quit. Now, here comes the tough part. In order to get through these first couple of weeks, I've found an amazing support system here at SSC. I went through the Program Tools on the left, and they gave me confidence. When I craved, I posted instead, and it kept my fingers and mind busy. Keep up your quit, and we'll be here cheering you on! Kleo~
