Silver: Yes, I have posted quite a few times. I am the Grandmom who smoked for 53 years and I thought because of that long habit I would never make it. You gave me good advice several times because you also used nicorettes and previously smoked for a long time. The mornings are bad for me and at night when I watch TV I have to chew the nicorettes. I also put on 10 pounds and this upsets me because I lost 25 pounds early last year when my husband passed away and I took it so badly. I bought new clothes and now they are getting small. Guess spending money on more clothes is still better than spending it on cigarettes. Again, congratulations on 4 months and today is my 90 day anniversary which is a huge accomplishment for me who smoked for all those years. Hang in there and I will too.....Sincerely,Ruthann
