Penguin- I am so bummed about this. It shows just how tenuous our quits are. But the strength of will you have to break it and start quitting again is incredible. I'd be off the board, totally caved in to smoking. Maybe never quit again.
But you're doing it.
This sort of thing, to me, is the paradox of online support. I've never met you, I've never seen your eyes, I know nothing of your life except that you're trying to quit. For all I know, you are a penguin.
But I feel something in the gut when someone on the site has this happen. You know what I mean.
