T is for TEMPTATION - which we will overcome T is also for TOXIC, which all cigarettes are T is for TIRED - it is how we feel when we quit, but it WILL PASS!! T is for TETCHY - another withdrawal symptom that will pass! T is for TIME - look at the time we've put in so far...lets not make it count for nothing by relapsing! And lastly, T is for TERRIFIC....which every single one of us on this site is! We are taking control, and we are overcoming the addiction!

S, I am new at this ...and was happy to find there was an S missing lol S - is for the STINK that smoking makes you Smell Sweet - smell, actually able to smell my own perfume as the SINUS system is working better as my system is getting cleaned up as I STOPPED SMOKING !
