I haven't posted heremuch but I used this site as my main support when I started my quit. I am so amazed that I have almost made it to 1 year. I have no cravings at all any more and encourage you all to keep going. Believe if I can do it anyone can. My wife, son and I are going to Negril in Jamaica as my reward (shared with them) in July.
