Hi, Zyban.
Do not let the past define the future. What has been before does not dictate what will be.
Does your experience tell you WHY things go down hill through months 2 and 3? Do you get depressed, overconfident, bored with the quit, enamored of how smoking used to be, ??? ?
My mother used to say you could worry something into being, and my experience has proven her right more times than not. Don't worry about the next two months, Zyban. Go forward forewarned of potential danger, but not expecting it.
And do stay close. Let us know the minute you think you may be beginning to need help. Better to have 30 people respond to a false alarm than to wait until it's too late.
Congratulations on real close to a month quit. :)
