Nice post, Phillip. Something for me to keep in mind down the road. Every bit of advice really helps solidify the quit. Always like you're advice! Just to let you know, we're getting the girls(beagles) ready for Christmas with their Christmas coats, jingle bells, and antlers(which they absolutely refuse to wear). Give Magic a big hug. Hugging your dog(s) is a super coping tool! Cheers, Jan

A slightly different kind of BUMP Turning the apple cart upsidedown was the best thing could have every done. Doing the same old thing I was getting the same old result, (talk abou the definition of insanity); however, as soon as I started to do different I was able to think different and get more of what I wanted. To those of you starting out, this quitting thing can be done, cause if I can do it each one of you can most certainly do it. Cheers. Welcome to a whole new life. Phillip, It was so good to read your post. I can tell you have figured out what you need to do to stay quit. Good for you! We are really lucky when we are finally able to understand and execute what we need to do to break the addiction and habit of smoking. Peace to you too! Riverdale Man, It's possible we'll never know. Look at it this way, there's a constant opportunity to network with new people. Keep persevering and congratulations on 120 days! Danielle _________________________________ The SSC Support Team
