Hello All Well I'm back after a few exhausting days and am still smoke free which I'm very proud of. I want to thank all of you for your kind words after the loss of my friend. I am happy for her that she is no longer in pain and can finally rest. You all here are a wonderful support group and I appreciate all you've done for me to keep me straight, which I might add is not an easy task, lol. For all of you who have joined us in the last few days I welcome you and am proud of your decision to quit. It won't be easy, but it is doable.
