I am 50 days smoke free today. I feel great! The "quitzits" finally cleared up and my skin looks great. I am still panting after climbing the steps at work but my time is getting a LOT better. I have lost weight because I have all this extra time and I spend it planning and cooking healthy meals. Quitting smoking has done wonders for my self esteem too. Nice. Way to go taildragger!! You have a terrific attitude.. I celebrated 90 days last night in a bar talking to smokers!?! I had a delicious steak a few cold brews and shared my experiences with them.(they asked.) I had zero desire to smoke.
