Newbkr OMG what a great post. I don't care if you stole every word it needs to be shared. I personally am printing the whole list and taping it to the wall. I will probably make a second copy for the office. Well Done and Blue Ribbon for you. Great post, Newbkr. DUH is right!! #6 unfortunately does not apply to me. I was a non-smoker for 17 years and a smoker for 40 years. THAT IS INCREDIBLY AWFUL!! take note you youngsters. I am 57 and can easily pass for 67- because of ciggies!! Love you Newbkr. #1 the one I'm going to write down and live by. I don't ever want to go through a quit again. So I'll not smoke. Thanks for sharing this great wisdom. great post Newbkr....keep pushing. You are going to make it! It's so good to see you so active these days :). Print those reasons out and carry them around with you. As long as you don't light that next cigarette you will be just fine. I'm glad to see you doing so well my friend. Keep up the excellent job! I'm only an email away anytime you need anything. Newbkr, That's an awesome list. No matter what happened in the past, this is a new quit and a new start. I know sometimes it's hard to forget your mistakes in your past quits, but now, you have the opportunity to start over and really make this one quit... and I REALLY think that you will this time. Crave the Quit!
