I have made it 71 days today and boy oh boy am I feeling great!!! Went to lung Doc and all is well,by next visit may be able to go off inhailers all together..Reading here has helped me through the rough spots so much and I am aware that theres another speed bump just around the bend but for today I am stong and smoke free..
