Hi redrosie
- thanks so much for the support!! - no matter what the day's challenges are, I get thru them and smoke-free! And I am so proud of myself. I'm always surprised when I have the feeling of wanting a cig, guess that will always be with me, as so many have said here. Sure had been thinking that after enough time passed, it would be a thought, rather than a feeling... so far, not there yet:) (will that happen?)
What you are sharing brings to mind (here I go again with another TV movie) I was watching Arthur last night (Dudley Moore and Liza Minelli) and he just had such a contagious and wonderful FREE laugh - while in the middle of a laugh, in the movie, someone asked him what he was laughing at, and he replied, "I just have such funny thoughts in my head" - this made me laugh - had tears rolling down my face! Love what you said -cause the truth for me is - that laughing is very close to anger, and to tears, isn't it?
I love laughing, and I thank you for reminding me just how much I love laughing... (may have to go find me a funny comedy now:) Well, it certainly is a roller coaster, this Quit stuff, isn't it? Guess we just tighten our seat belts and hang on tight, eh?
Love and blessings!
