    Cigarettes Not Smoked

It's amazing - really, it's been almost a month, and I feel really good. I'm positive, sticking to having NONE (not one, not ever). I am breathing easier, I can go for a walk around the block (or three) and am not panting or needing to sit down. I've lost six pounds, and although I understand this is all so euphoric, I am not going to allow myself to crash. Thanks for your support, it means so much! I am betting that Sally's Daughter is losing, or has lost, that cesspool breathe of hers. And might I add how nice you look with the new pink tint in your skin. You even glow now....wow.
