Congratulations and welcome to your new life. Read and post here all you can, it really helps. Be kind to yourself the next while, this si a tough time but one that is VERY worth while. Remember when it get harder to have some coping skills handy. Chew on straws, cinnamon sticks, go for a walk have a nice soak in the tub, read a book or go to a movie, these are all things to help distract you and I am sure you can think of things to do too, maybe try making a list!! Its not easy but its worth it!!
