Hi Cemetary,
I am now on day 5. Day 4 and 5 have been the worse. I don't have the anger that you have, but I have the fixating. Just can't think of anything but having a cigarette. I have been on other sites and it is the same. Take it one second, minute, hour, day at a time. Don't fight it, accept it. WE CAN QUIT. Also, if you can, it may take some of your time to check out FFSOnline.org, whyquit.com, quitsmokingonline.com. The quit smoking helps alot with the mental issues, which is where we are. Stay strong and walk away from the situation. I agree it is hard, but it can only get easier.
