1 week

I made it one week! The nightmares have stopped and I don't feel as shakey like last week when I could hardly type. I went to Wal Mart and got new sweats for a reward. Also I'm cold but that could be because I keep temp. at 65 to save gas. I almost gagged when I had to walk in front of a bunch of people smoking outside the store. Didn't know it smells that bad. I switched to decaf coffee. It helps, and my daughter came over this morning and made Denver omlette since I hadn't eaten yet. Life is good! Next week is Heck week so I'm being cautious. I read these posts a lot. judy My Milage: My Quit Date: 3/5/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 7 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 202 Amount Saved: $14 Life Gained: Days: 1 Hrs: 2 Mins: 45 Seconds: 42

Yes, one week is HUGE! Remember, you have got to get the first week out of the way before you can get the second, the third, etc. At the moment it may not seem possible...but I can assure you, after a while...time flies. Take real pride in what you are doing and shout it at the top of your new lungs. I actually think now still in terms of the next 24 hours...even with the time I have been blessed with. You need to too.
