Never touch them again!

It has been awhile since I have wrote anything down, but I had a moment of insight last week. My father is an advid smoker, around 2-3 packs-a-day (I am starting to work with him), and we went to watch a cage fighting event. he was smoking in the car and it began to bother me. Once it reached the point of me caughing, I told him he had to wait until we arrived at our destination. My whole smoking existance I believed that when people caughed around me when I was smoking they were just trying to be cocky and arrogant to attempt to tell me not to smoke around them. Smoke really does hurt your lungs. I told this to my wife, who is a non-smoker, and she looked at me as though I was a trogladite. I have lived a sheltered exsistance. Hmmmmm, this must be what they refer to as "The Alcoholic's Moment of Clarity."

I have had that same moment of clarity. The people who smoke at work here smell BAD! I can smell them from a good distance. I used to smell like that. In a meeting, a person can be sitting all the way across the room from me, if they've just had a smoke it REEKS! I walked past some folks out smoking at lunch and it made me cough. Smoking is not good. :)
