Hi Sharlie,

I am glad you found us. I am sorry to read how you have been feeling. Knowing that you want to work on something is the first step to fixing it. I am glad you have started on the program. You are currently on a version of the program where you cannot review sessions you have completed. While on this version I recommend taking notes so you can review past content that way. There are other members who have recently posted about starting the program and their difficulty in taking step forwards. It would be great if you could all connect with each other. When you get a chance take a look at the other conversations going on in the forums. You may find them helpful :).

Hi, I'm Sharlie.

I've been sad for a while. I never used to worry (as much). I had a career I loved and friends I would hang out with and was really positive about my life. Changes in my workplace made me really fearful for the future. There were things I didn't agree with. I voiced my concerns to family and friends and peers, but ultimately realized there was nothing I could do (or maybe I just had a negative outlook at the time). After finishing session 1 I really relate to the idea that we act depressed and look depressed to admit defeat or avoid conflict. I think I do that a lot. And I worry a lot. I'm sad about other things in my life, but I think depression is just clouding my ability to cope. I realize I'm sad and that I worry, I just don't know what to do about it -- yet. That's my story in a very small nutshell.

I do have a question though, I'm having trouble navigating the site and don't know how to go back and review sessions without it prompting me to "do" the session all over again.
