Bi Polar Depression

Hi Mehdi.  Your post is the first and only one I have read.  My very limited understanding of Bi Polar is that a person has big highs and big lows.  When you say you have been feeling this way for almost a year now, do you mean high or low?

Welcome!

It sounds like you have lots of supports which likely is a huge asset to you. I am glad you came here to work on the CBT program.  If you work on one session a week you should notice small changes after a few weeks. Have you had a chance to get started yet? How are you doing today?

Hi, My name is Mehdi and I am going through my fourth depression. I have Bi Polar 1. I have been feeling this way now almost a year. It has gotten to the point where I am not interested in anything however I still work and am engaged and have few good friends and supportive family. I have tried several medications, none have really worked. Just joined this after finding out my work offered it to employees. Anyone find success with the 16 week CBT treatment?
