I started again full force with CBT :). Mood Tracker, Thought Records, Activity Tracker, Journaling and Sharing my feelings with others. I hope to get things under control soon. I no more know how to distinguished between depression, anxiety and obsessions. Sometimes it could get very academic trying to understand what means each feeling. They are so similar in practical terms, and one feads another,  that now I call them distractions of the mind.
