I encourage you to do some research on shift work. You are at a disadvantage here - it may be tougher to manage your moods. Be sure to eat well, exercise and keep as regular of a sleep schedule as you can.

I've been working nights for about a month now and my body is finally adjusting to the change in sleep schedule. My sleep schedule is not really consistent either which isn't great.

Welcome!

Thank you for the intro. Good for you for finding us!

Working nights can really be problematic for some people. How long have you been working nights? Is your sleep schedule regular?

Hello, thought I'd introduce myself.

My name is Dallas and I am an 18 year old girl. I've been battling depression for 3 years now and I'm finally taking it upon myself to get help. I work the night shift which has only exaserbated my situation and yeah... Hello.

I look forward to interacting with you all
