Hi agua,

When we are depressed we often take little enjoyment in what we used to enjoy. The key is to keep doing those things anyways. So what did you enjoy before? What do you think you could enjoy now?

Hi agua,
Congratulations with part 1!
It is difficult to find motivation when depressed, but you could think in other terms: For example: if you felt a little better what do you think you would like to do/have that gives you satisfaction?

I finished reading part 1 of the program. It talks about rewarding yourself. My mind stopped here and I was trying to find a list of rewards I could do to myself, but I´m having dificult in finding them. There are things that I like but haven´t the joy a reward must have.
