Hi Winston,

Sorry to hear all you have had to go through. Anxiety is one of the most manageable mental health issues. If you put work into treatment you will likely see results. Medication can be very helpful but treatment outside of medication is essential. Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) is recommended for people with depression and anxiety. Although it doesn't work for everyone -  but research proves it is one of the top forms of therapy. I encourage you to work on the program here which is based on CBT. We will be here whenever you need us.

How are you doing today?

Hi

I have been suffering form depression most of my life. I come from an alcoholic family and the damage has followed me through most of my life. I have been to physc hospitals and councellors and read a library of self help books. I am now experiencing anxiety attacks almost daily. I am on Zoloft and Wellburtrin and I am considering changing my medication. I dont think the zoloft is working any longer. I have a bi polar bf now and have been dating him for a year. We have had a few issues on his end and that is causing me huge issues.
I know ther are many medications out there today and i was hoping someone on here might be able to advise me of a good one that works for anxiety and depression together. I rate myself as having severe depression and constant anxiety

Thanks for your help and everyone stay well!!
