Maybe my obssessive personality have a role on this  just what it is needed for keeping with the CBT.
But most important is that I see the results with regular practice.

Thanks for sharing Eleveno.

Your dedication is inspiring.

How are you able to stay motivated to keep with it?

Sometimes I think why I keep login in on this site and keep doing the CBT activities. It is interesting to notice that I have the same questions why I keep with my daily yoga practice. CBT and yoga filosofy share many similarities because both of these methods are based on the premise that our emotions are influenced by our thoughts and behaviours.

It is wonderful to notice how CBT and yoga filosofy complement each other. Actually CBT brings a contemporary, fresh and secular perspective to yoga filosofy.

Why I keep with it? I think it is like brushing my teeth, to maintain my mental health under control.
