Available Session 1 tools?

Thanks Ashley!

Yes that's exactly what I was looking for. I am happy to report that I did this today. Not much of an achievement, I realize, but still. Now on to the next task.

Regarding the Mood Tracker - there are places at the top to fill in 2 moods.  Do we just select the moods that are most prevalent for that particular day?  My moods seem to jump all over the place from angry to depressed, anxious to flat, etc.

And advice?

Taking your time is important.

Are you referring to the Mood Tracker? If so, you should already have access to it and you can start using this tool as soon as you start the program - it is sort of a seperate tracking tool from the other forms in the program.  The Mood Tracker can be found in the drop down of the My Program menu.

I am starting the program over from session 1. My previous experience with the program was positive, but ended up so much like my previous attempts at therapy, counselling etc: I went too long between sessions with too little of the homework completed.
I get overwhelmed easily so I am taking it slow this time and making sure not to rush into the next session. I have a question: am I supposed to have access to the daily mood log after session 1? I only see the activity log and do not want to jump into session 2 until I am supposed to be done with session 1.
