Hi... I would like to welcome the newest members and also those not so new members who have been lurking for awhile.  Many of you keep coming back, so there must be something here that you find helpful.  What brings you here?  Is any of the information helping you manage your depression... are you getting better? ... getting worse?... staying the same?  It would be very helpful for you and also for the rest of us if you could share a bit of your journey, worries, questions, frustrations, tips and tricks for surviving this thing.  Anything you want to talk about really.
 
Depression is our common ground... but we are each unique in our experiences and hopes and fears.  It helps me to know I'm not alone and that ppl here understand and don't judge me for my efforts.  It's pretty natural to be reticent to join in as depression makes connection of any sort difficult, but we are here to listen and support.... you.
