Your top 3- 5 years from now

Compared to ~m, my day has been just a banal, routine day. Really nothing to distinguish it from many others - went to work, did a day's work, went home, relaxed in the evening, went for a walk, went to bed too late. I don't think that it will matter to any significant degree in five years' time.

Just another ordinary day in an ordinary life. Maybe in itself that is something to be thankful for.....

Well, today was a very busy day... so perhaps it will have an impact, then again the impact could be nothing at all.  How can we possibly know???  My granddaughter was dedicated to God today in her parents' church... so I would like to think that will remain important for the rest of her life, not to mention the next five years.  Additionally, dh and I attended an SOS (Survivors Outreach Services) meeting for the first time since M died.  This has to be some sort of landmark... perhaps a turn toward living again???? I dunno... but I think so.  Perhaps five years from now (because of this meeting) we will be able to assist other families surviving the loss of their soldier...

Those are two things that could have long term positive impact.... the rest of the day?... I would say nah... just regular stuff I won't remember tomorrow much less in five years.... but ya never know... What's the point of the question?

This week's top 3 will be simply 1 thought provoking question.

How will today matter in five years from now?
