It sounds like you are off to a good start. Try hard to stick with it as it is proven to help. It is a lot of work and can be hard to stay motivated to stick to but it is worth it. A member here once said managing depression takes hard work and it really does, there is no easy fix. Try to set a schedule for yourself and stick with it. The more routine it becomes the easier it will be to stick with it. Also, reward yourself for each day you track your mood and activities and for each Milestone you complete. Rewards are great behaviour change tools and after all this hard work you will deserve it!
Your feelings on medication are completely understandable. It can be quite frustrating and scary at times. If your doctor does not discuss symptoms with you I encourage you to be proactive and ask yourself. It can be very empowering to have questions laid out beforehand and be sure you get them answered or at least resources that will help you answer them. Your health is in your own hands so be sure to ask questions.
In regards to anything else you need to know, just be sure you stick with the program and be patient with yourself. This will take time and it is a process. Set backs are common but success here is common as well, it is all part of the learning process. Also, remember we are always here to help. You are not in this alone. We are here to support you so I encourage you to post as much as you like.

Oh sure, I understand. Yes, I just started the regimen yesterday and so am going through Session 1 and have looked at a few parts from other sessions as well. I'm going to give the Activity Tracker and Mood Tracker a good try, but it can be hard to motivate myself to write events down. It seems the more significant the event, change in mood, the harder it is for me to tear myself away and record it.
My doctor didn't really discuss what affects to expect with this new med, other than it possibly giving me some extra energy. I suppose there isn't much a person can do in preparation for these effects. It's just rather unnerving going through the gauntlet of trying out a new med not knowing how it will change my behavior/thoughts/feelings.
Other than being patient and just being observant of any changes, is there anything else I really need to know at this stage?

My doctor just yesterday started me on 10mg/day of Prozac in addition to the others I've been taking for a while now:
Wellbutrin XL 300mg/day
Lamictal 150mg/day
Klonopin .5mg/night
He expects to up the Prozac by another 10mg after a month if I see significant improvement.
What interactions should I expect from this combination?
I am hoping for some kind of energy boost, as that is my main physical complaint--wanting to sleep all the time and having difficulty getting up in the morning. A future goal is to get MOTIVATED enough to have a light, three-times-a-week exercise regimen, which I'm sure would help with this fatigue.
I am also hoping to regain some of my interests/passions/hobbies I enjoyed in the past (which my other medicine has not affected so far), as well as get a push to start socializing again and getting out of the apartment.
