Hey Darknessfalls,

Been there, done that, got the t-shirt as they say. I totally get what you are going through. do talk to you r doctor about your withdrawal symptoms. But some symptoms are normal while you are weening yourself off medication. Hang in there, it does get better though. And hey, if I can do it anyone can.

darkness,

Do talk to you doctor and pharmacist regarding medications.  Weaning off medications can take a toll on you.  Use the diary
and enter your feelings and symptoms each day.  This will help you and your doctor better assess what is going on, especially if you created an entry each day.

So I am still on my 25mg of Seroquel and my 150mg of Wellbutrin however my doctor and I decided to ween me of cipralex (10 mg) because I don't have a drug plan and it was expensive.  Anyway, he told me to take 5 mg for 2 weeks then I should be fine to stop.  In one short sentence I'll describe how I feel.  "I hate withdrawal symptoms"  My head fels like its getting electric shocks and it makes my lips numb if it happens while I turn my head.  I have been overtired, irritable and a little more anxious than usual
