wildcat, wildcat, wildcat......i'm putting on my stern teacher face, you know you can't forget your meds and you know you shouldn't drink alcohol! have you tried benzos (valium, ativan, klonopin) of some kind? get rid of the seroquel - i heard that messes with your lungs. what's wrong w/peppermint tea? try it- you'll like it- it DOES relax you and there are other herbs that do even more - like valerian, that will knock you out for sure.  you're stuck w/bipolar, but so were so many great thinkers,
writers, composers

hi gang.

It occurs every once in a while. I forget my meds. I pay dearly for it!
But how long does this Bad Day last?

I know I had two glasses of rose last night and the night before -  my feable attempt at sleep without the seroquel and it is problably pushing my mood Down as well and making me hyper-sensitive.

it is not fair.
I want a bad day not a bad month because I want a glass of wine once in a while or because I forget to take my meds.
Okay I want to exchange bipolar with another flavour of the month.
