Hi Wildcat,

I'm sorry to hear about your bad day!  You've been doing so well!  You probably won't forget your meds for awhile though.  Hang in there tomorrow will be better

hello wildcat,
#1 - don't forget your meds! even if you have to leave them next to the toothbrush or coffeepot or wherever you are gonna see them shining like beacons. it's hard to deal at work, i know. does boss know you are bipolar? you have rights - they have to make "reasonable accomodations" - like walk away, get fresh air, what works for you to calm down. i know i was in sales and hated it - the more you did they more they expected! it was constant more more more. and all i wanted was less less less. also, the cook should get the best pieces and i hope your hubby/kids help you clean up!!!!!  tonight - a hot bath,
peppermint tea, a good night's sleep. hang in there.

Wildcat,

Today may be a bad day but just think, you're half way done. A few more hours and you'll be home sweet home.

Members, do you have any suggestions for wildcat to make this day a little better?

Oh Wildcat, hello.

I am so sorry to hear you are having such a bad day? When you miss your topiramate you have to wait till tonight to take it? (I don't know Topiramate and how toxic it can be in high doses). Sounds like the makings of a bad day. But I guess this is the silver lining, it is a day, only one. Tonight you will take your topiramate and you will feel much better tomorrow. Plus, tomorrow won't be stuckpig day in your cycle. I know, I know, I sound like a bad "Annie" rerun: "The sun will come out, tomorrow!...". But I really believe that if we just get through it one day at a time we can actually end up doing really well. The best advice I can give you is to be in the present moment and accepting that you have a bad day ahead of you. I find in my life, that is I resist things, they get worse... Compost happens, tomorrow flowers grow in it! Anyway, hang in there. Oh and if you feel really too bad, is there any way you can go rest at home? I mean it sounds to me like you could use some quiet...Anyway, I wish I had something, anything smart to say about this. Al I can say is hang in there and remember: This too shall pass!

hi gang.
yup.  I have them.  and today is a BAD one.  Yester day was a stressfiled  day where I was ready to bite the first one who passed by my "yard".   and it went downhill from there.

one I hit the bad day of my menstrual cycle - the stuck pig day.  The boss has been pushing us with the olympian higher, faster, more motto! And I forgot my Effexor and topiramate last nite.  So I am lobster red and dizzy this am, as well as sore, nauseous, and the aura is starting to appear.

I am going to die before lunch and be out of my misery.  I won't have to try to swallow the dried chicken from last night's supper.  The kids got the nice pieces with peas, I got the dried bits and my husband has credit with the canteen-man.

Any ideas what t do with this compost matter?
