Hi and welcome to the group. I am sure you will find the sessions helpful and the support group supportive! I have been stuckk of week 6 for what seems like forever but i put that down to the fact that i am now feeling better and am getting myself out of the house, so have less time for doing the sessions. Note to self, put in the time. Post and tell us more about your situation so we can help if we can.

I wanted to say that I am glad I found this program. Since I can't afford to go to actually counseling this should help a lot. Where I live there is currently no funding for counseling services. I am on my first week. I hope to keep up with the weekly sessions.
