Hi, After reading a few sessions of CBT and some postings, I like to join more actively the community. First I like to introduce myself. I’m not new to depression. A long time ago I suffered from a moderate depression. I was a short-time on medication – entrainment due to very strong side effects. The “alienist” was not a great support too but I couldn’t choose somebody else … Finally – literary spoken - I pulled myself up by my bootstraps. After this, I was able to have a normal life for many years – at times mild melancholy. Recently my life changed in a dramatically way and that’s why I’m back to depression. I’m still convinced that I can help me again as I did it in the past. Just I need to motivate myself. However, exactly this is my problem – I haven’t enough energy to do it. Fortunately, a comrade recommended strongly TheDepressionCenter. Hope this works. DonGato
