Reviewing Sessions

:)cresentdave THANK YOU! the options in the tool of viewing past sessions do not seem to be working for me.. I only see one grid and there are no pdfs to view. I have re-requested technical support again as Danielle recommended. In the meantime I was very frustrated and about to give up trying and quit. I really appreciate your help and I feel like with this info I can try again to get started. Thanks so much for being there and taking the time to help. SuzyW

SuzyW, In your session diary, there are two grids. One is the blank PDF version of each completed session. The other is your completed version. You can access both grids at anytime for printing. If you continue to experience difficulties, please contact us via the feedback section and we will assist you. Danielle _____________________ The DC Support Team

SuzyW: enter this url into your browser address bar: http://www.depressioncenter.net/program/dl/Depression_Program_Session_1.pdf It will open up onto the page with session 1. You can use Adobe Reader to print out whatever specified pages (or all) you want to have hard copies of. You can also save a copy on your local hard drive if you want. Hang in there!

cresentdave, thank you very much for asking this question. I had the same one and sent it to the "contact us" option. I was happy to see your question and the answer.. but I too did not find success. Danielle, if tech support could help me I would appreciate it. I just started and I failed to print my homework from Session 1 which I think is really critical for completing my activity schedule. The box is blank for session 1 and I would really like to review the session and the homework. Can you please help me/ thank you in advance, SuzyW.

I just want to say that your tech folks were able to reclaim session 2 for me and everything seems to be working just great. :) Appreciation to everyone who invested their time and energy to correct this. Many thanks. Dave

Crescentdave, You're right. I have gone into your account and there is a problem in your account with session 2. I have forwarded it to our IT department and we hope to have it fixed in the next few days. Thanks for your patience. Danielle ____________________ The DC Support Team

Ah, if only it were that simple (the same question has been asked before by someone else and answered the same way). I have completed session two. When I go to my Session Diary and click on this tab [Your Progress (Session Results)], it does take me to the table that has all the sessions. Alas, session 2 is not available (not hyperlinked. Session 1 doesn't even show up-it's a blank box). And when I click on "Click Here to Start Your Next Session," it takes me to Session 3. I'm also working the PanicCenter program concurrently, and I'm able, in that program, to do exactly as you stated I should be able to do in this program. So there's a glitch somewhere. It shows up both in Firefox and IE.
