Hi there! I had to search a bit to find my way to "the Program" start page - here's how I got there: Click on "view support group" (on the left of the main page). At the top of the "support group" page there's a 'welcome' blurb, and you'll see in the second paragraph there is a reference to "the Depression Program" - it's underlined and highlighed, and you can click on that. It takes you to the start page for the program. Then you just follow the steps. It seems you have to register for 'the program' even if you are already a registered user for the message boards. I JUST started the program myself, on Sunday night. I had kind of avoided it for a while, and I think partly I just couldn't cope with doing it. Perhaps too I was a wee bit skeptical because, like lots of others, I have had SUCH a variety of counselling and I have done many 'self help' exercises before. But I must say, I like what I read in this one. It seems 'smart' to me, and not too complicated or overwhelming. For week #1 anyway, you track your moods/activities each day. I printed the sheets off so that I could easily make note of stuff. Beyond that, I can't say, because I'm only on Day 2! I think that's what you were asking? I had a hard time locating it myself on here, so I just kind of assumed that's what you meant. I hope you are doing well! :)
