Members, Yes, feel free to use the Mood # 2 rating to rate another mood, if that is what works best for you. People who are depressed, perhaps especially people who have been depressed for a long time, often have trouble evaluating how they feel. You will find a number of exercises in the early sessions of the Depression Program that should help you better in understanding how you feel. Monitoring your moods is kind of a strange thing to do. It is not something that most people usually do. Try doing it for a while and see if it becomes a bit easier. Let us know if we can help you further, Josie _____________________________ The Depression Support Team.

Questions: - When I rate my mood on the activity schedule, I write down depression for mood # 1. Must the mood # 2 be anxiety or could be other moods ( hopeless, worthless, stupid things I feel often) ? - I have lots of difficulty evaluating how I feel Will it become easier as I go? Thanks SarahL

Hi chaptertwelve, Yes indeed - in your Mood Tracker! When you visit your Session Diary click on the tab that says "Mood Tracker Results". When you update your Mood Tracker the software provides is space for you to record any feelings or thoughts that you have for that day. Hi chapter12, Yes, this is part of the program offered here. When members sign up for the Depression Program, all of their materials and exercises are saved for you in a "Session Diary". This Session Diary functions as a personal home page while you are participating in the Program. It allows you to record and monitor your progress. Please let us know if you have any other questions or concerns. Casey __________________________________ The Depression Center Support Team

Thanks for getting back up and online. Is there anywhere on your website where one can keep a diary/blog? I would really like to be able to have the opportunity to put my feelings/thoughts online with the privacy/anonymity a site like this offers but can't seem to find anything like that on here. Thanks
