Hey all,
I don't know who all has read my previous post out there. But basically, I was taking generic celexa and switched back to regular...don't know if I had some problem with the generic or not but was going through some stressful times in my life too. Anyways, I have been doing a lot better. My mood has improved sufficiently...I am feeling more like myself and no more full blown panic attacks. However, I still wake up in the morning and it feels like someone has just shot me with adrenalin. I have been taking the regular Celexa for a little over a month now. I've also added .5 mg of clonopin at night. I am calm enough to realize now that this burst of adrenalin and nervousness is not that anything is wrong and I know that its just a reaction my body is doing for no reason. I don't sit and ponder that I am going crazy, that I am not going to make it through the day. However, my question is this......supposing that the generic Celexa is the problem and taking the regular Celexa has helped me. Is it normal after a little over a month to still feel this in the morning??? Also what are some suggestions on how to get rid of this. I am usually the type of person that enjoys my sleep, that wakes up feeling very rested and ready to go for the day. This feeling is very disturbing......its like I said, a jolt of adrenaline that is like......your up, get going......but I don't feel rested...I don't feel like I could just lay around and relax for a little bit. I know on or off medication there are people who deal with this and I guess my question is......how do you deal with it???
