I agree with you and God has a perfect plan for all of us only if we Pray sincerely and be faithful to him. God's plan is bigger than evil and they will no succeed.

Hi there, maybe try to put it in perspective. The world is far from perfect. Horrible things happen everyday, but far too many good things happen to let the bad take over. Did you watch the One Love Manchester Concert? if you haven't please watch I think it will really help. It was truly powerful to see people and celebrities stepping up and joining together to make a difference. Remember that God has a plan, and we have to survive the bad times to experience the good. Stay strong friend <3

I know things can be scary and its incredibly sad what happened. I am a firm believer in Jesus Christ as I am a Christian. I do not always understand why things happen, but because of my belief in God, i know things happen for a reason even though i may not know why. try to think about the fact that you are in a safe home and not around danger and remember that panic attacks are discomfort and not danger. I am still working on remembering that and applying that myself.

I just don't watch CNN, and am choosy about tv. eg. Someone says she just watches pbs & ecucational tv. With so many other things to do, I make an effort to get out, and be in social situations, rather than staring at a tv monitor. It took a long time, but I'm getting more comfortable with being out, and taking steps towards making friends. I have a long way to go. A lot of younger people just rely on their computer, but I've found I could pare my tv dramatically, and feel I'm better for it, by tracking weekly use, and finding activities outside, with help. It's not easy, and will take time, but coaching is important.

Hello.  Has anyone else had a panic attack over the recent terrorist attack.  In addition to feeling sadness and anger, I also had a panic attack.  I am nowhere near Manchester - not even on the same continent - but the attack left me feeling very shaken.  How do other people cope with things like this?  It just makes the world seem like such a scary place, and I think that because I have an anxiety disorder, that perception is heightened when things like this occur.
