It sounds like you have already put a lot of work into controlling the anxiety. I am glad to hear that your work is paying off and the anxiety is improving. I think this course will give you the added boost you need. Have you had a chance to get started? Any questions so far?
I've been battling moderate anxiety for a bit now. Recently It's gotten better with a lot of exercise, mindfulness and a clean diet. I am positive at the moment. My anxiety does seem to peak up after I drink but I am a young man so unfortunately It is part of my culture on the weekends.
My anxiety is by no means gone but it is certinally improving; I am now taking up this course to give my brain further knowledge on how to cope with the worse of days.
Panic can ruin a lot of moments but it cannot ruin your life and dreams. Good luck to everyone going through the journey and I hope this course brings me a load of new tools in life!
