How Can I Feel Safe?

9 years ago 0 4027 logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo 0
Dealing with this handicap has far-ranging impacts. I find my attention is poor, so making change and shopping are harder now. Maybe I'm just declining? In bigger transactions, I can be taken advantage of, since I'm just now present. eg. at a medical clinic, some guy trying to make a fast buck just fast-talked me. Assertion is challenging, since it's human relations we're talking about here. And I'm leery about relatives too, since they can be hostile. It seems scary out there...Anybody have insights? I'm going to watch tv and distract myself in the meantime...
