If it doesn't interfere with sleep at night I think you should do it.

I am very sleepy the last few days. I think my anxiety meds may have something to do with it. That and the heat. And the anxiety. All factors that make me tired.

The thing is, since I left the hospital, the program is I don't nap, I don't sleep during the day. But today, I needed to go for a power nap from 16:15 to 17h00.

Then I went to the pharmacy (my outing for the day).

And now I am back home and I am so tired it hurts. I ache everywhere. The worse is the anxiety. The more tired I get the more anxious I get.

I don't know what to do. Should I allow myself some sleep or is sleep just avoidance of my anxiety? Should I allow naps or is it gonna lead to my depression again?

All I know is that right now, I am suffering.
